Jeanneau Cap Camarat are built using Prisma injection moulding process. This boat building process  is over 90% greener than conventional manufacturing used to build boats like the  Cap Camarat  as this relies on fibre glass resins being hand laid or sprayed onto mouldings. After the application the Glass Reinforced Plastic is formed the resins are allowed to cure by means of a chemical reaction. In this curing process massive amounts of harmful gas and vapour is simply allowed to escape into the atmosphere.

The closed system of boat construction ( Prisma injection) invented by Jeanneau has revolutionised boat building. It will very soon be illegal to build boats in an open construction process.
