Jeanneau Cap Camarat is built using Prisma injection moulding process. This process  is over 90% greener than the conventional manufacturing process which relies on fibre glass resins being hand laid or sprayed onto mouldings. After the glass reinforced plastic is formed the resins are then allowed to cure by means of a chemical reaction. However in this curing process massive amounts of harmful gas and vapour is simply allowed to escape into the atmosphere.

The closed system of boat construction invented by Jeanneau has revolutionised the boat building process to such an extent it will very soon become against the law to build boats in an open construction process. Many small manufacturers will simply stop building boats when this law is adopted by the E.U.
