Jeanneau increases the market presence of the Prestige range by announcing the new 3 cabin version of the Prestige 42

Designed by Vittorio Garroni, the architect Michael Peters and the engineers at Jeanneau Design, the Prestige 42 currently available in a 2 cabin layout has been a great success in the competitive market of motor cruisers.

The new 3 cabin layout will be available in the spring of 2007.

Jeanneau launches the first new model for 2007.  The Sun Odyssey 39DS extends the yard’s successful Deck Saloon range.

design by Marc Lombard, the internationally renown naval architect, ensures seaworthiness, sleek lines and performance;

Jeanneau will exhibit a series of photos on the Renan footbridge (connecting Hall 1 and Hall 2) of the Paris “Salon Nautique” to commemorate its 50th anniversary.  Over 100 images captured by great marine photographers – including Philip and Guillaume Plisson, Gilles Martin Raget, Jean-Marie Liot, Gérard Beauvais and many others – will trace the evolution of pleasure cruising over the last half century, highlighting major themes in the history of Jeanneau shipyards:  the birth of a passion, the iconic boats, the great ocean races, the successes and victories, Jeanneau Advanced Technologies and the company’s technological advances…  This exhibit, “Sailors to the Core Since 1957,” will also travel to European boat shows throughout 2007.

• Looking Toward the Future with the new Sun Fast 3200

Jeanneau is turning 50, and moving full speed ahead!  The Jeanneau shipyards are taking advantage of this special occasion to unveil the product of a fresh design concept in an advance showing at the Paris show – a pleasure cruiser that is original, modern, and constructed using the latest state-of-the-art technologies – the Sun Fast 3200!  This sailboat has just been selected by the organizers of the Transquadra to create a “level rating” series for the next launch of this famous transatlantic race, in 2008.
