Accommodation: 2 berths in one cabin U shaped cockpit converting to a 6`2" x 4` double berth / sunbed with stowage and gas bottle lockers beneath. Twin helm seats. Bathing platform. Saloon: 5` 10" headroom. U shaped seating area converting to a 6` x 6`6" double berth. Dining table which stows in port cockpit locker when not in use and can also be fitted into the cockpit. Wardrobe, mirror, stowage lockers under berths. Stowage shelves forward and along sides. Heads with sea toilet. Stainless steel sink with pressurised cold water, gas cooker with two burners and a grill.

Navigational Aids: Kelvin Hughes Husun 55 VHF Radio, Seafarer International Echosounder, Compass, 2 x charts.

Engines and Tankage: 1 x Volvo AQ151a Engine. 12 volt system. 50 a.h. battery for engine starting. 125 a.h. domestic battery.

Sails and Spars:

Equipment: Bruce anchor, chain, Warps, 3 x fenders, boat hook, bathing ladder, sprayhood and awnings. Fender stowage, transom shower, bow locker 3.5 kg Swordsman and 2.5 kg NU Swift Fire Extinguishers, 4 x Lifejackets ( 2 x adults and 2 x children's), inshore set of flares and Bilge Pump .

Remarks: Antifouled, winterized and maintained throughout (invoices available). Engine removed and rebuilt in March 2003. Leg tilt also repaired. Total cost £3863.83 (invoices available). The engine temp gauge is not accurate and requires replacement.
