Accommodation: The 36' sloop rigged Cavalier is based on the well-known Halberdier hull with re-designed deck assembly and accommodation to suit the many people who prefer an open steering position. Producing this aft cockpit version has incorporated this. A deck house of approximately 8' x 8' has been incorporated, with the galley on the starboard side of the deck saloon, and an 'L' shaped settee on the port side.The large central cabin is divided, with a single berth on the starboard side, a double berth on the port side, and includes a small dressing table and wardrobe forward of this. The standard Halberdier layout is used with the shower, toilet and basin on the port side, wardrobe on the starboard, and two full-length berths in the foc'sle.Fibreglass mouldings give the necessary relief to the white surrounds, and the mahogany furniture units have all been specially designed.She was specifically designed for yachtsmen who prefer coastline cruising to deep sea.
