Construction:

Accommodation: 5 berths in 2 cabins. The complete interior has been remade in Sapele fully spray varnished finish, all completed Jan 05. The standard layout has been changed to give an L shaped galley, which when the table is lowered provides a generous single berth. There is a single berth on stbd side. Forward is a good size V berth with deck hatch, to the stern there is ample storage and a single berth. The headroom is 5'8", the heads has an almost new toilet and pipe work with pullout hand basin and all panelling new in 2005, New gas piping installed 2006.The galley has been rebuilt in Sapele with very good cupboards and storage, incorporating a work top, cool box and Plastimo cooker and oven (new 2001)

Engines and Tankage: 1 x Johnson Seahorse 8hp longshaft outboard engine serviced 2006. Two 110amp batteries complete with electrical wiring throughout charged by Rutland 903 wind generator. 25 litre fuel capacity. 1 x Evinrude 7.5hp long shaft outboard motor

Sails and Spars: Furling headsail, slab reefing main. The mast and boom have been replaced within the last 6 years with modern slab reefing, pennants through the boom, the stainless rigging is in good order. Head sail furling spar with good sheets and lines fitted 2002. Main and genoa sails (valeted in 2003 new UV strips) canvas sail cover. All halyards bought aft into cockpit via roller deck organisers into jamming cleats with barton winch on portside of cockpit sill. The reefing lines, Cunningham line are bought forward via roller deck organiser and jamming cleats to Barton winch. All this work newly fitted 2004. The genoa sheets come to two Barton winches with Jamming wincers either side of the cockpit. Lines are fitted ready for lazy jacks on the main sail.

Equipment: Rutland 903 generator fitted in 2003 Complete new wiring to 12 position fused switch panel mounted on Sapele navigation cabinet with side locker for safety equipment. Clock barometer, hydrometer and thermometer. Volt and amp meters Stern ladder Iroko cockpit seating and cockpit boards (2004) Washboards, two piece in tinted plastic professionally made (2004)

Remarks: The boat has been refurbished inside and out and a considerable amount of the equipment has been updated. With all halyard, reefing lines and sheets bought aft to the cockpit, she is ideal for a family cruiser or sailing short handed.
