Remarks: I am the fourth owner of this boat which I purchased in 1994. I sail almost all the time single-handed and consequently she is totally fitted out for ease of sailing with full main in mast reefing and all controls to the cockpit. She has spent every winter in my garden and over the years has been extensively renovated with new engine, sails, rigging , wiring, instruments, windows, heads, cooker, radio etc. She is a fantastically seaworthy boat and I have taken her out in some terrible weather and she has always come through with no problems at all. I have taken her all over North Wales including two single handed trips to the Isle of Man. She is a perfect first boat but would equally suit a seasoned sailor. In preparation for the sale I have had her surveyed, She has had a very good survey and the surveyor has indicated that the is happy to discuss any points of concern with prospective purchasers. She is currently on a perfect galvanised purpose built trailer. I am willing to consider selling the trailer if required
