Construction:

Accommodation: CABIN TYPES: 7 berths (or 8 if friendly) in 3 cabins.  Separate compartment heads with Royal Doulton sea toilet, Raritan PH11, pressurised hot and cold water, hand basin, shower and manual shower pump-out. LAUNDRY & GALLEY EQUIPMENT: Flavel wayfarer gas gimballed 2 burner with pan clamps, grill and thermostatic oven new in 1999.  Gas water heater (gas bottles in  overboard draining cockpit lockers), 2 stainless steel sinks,pressurised hot and cold water, foot pump cold water, water filter and built in trash bin.

Navigational Aids: 2 x Plastimo steering compasses, Space age depth sounder, Swiftech M168 VHF ( new 2000 ).  Autohelm 2000 tiller Pilot, Steaming light, Navigation lights and brass clock and barometer.Chart table with chart storage and drawers, VHF, depth sounder and radio cassette.

Engines and Tankage: Bukh DV220M, 20hp engine with 3 blade propeller.  30 imperial gallon fuel capacity.  75 imperial gallons in two linked tanks water capacity.  Electrics:  1 x 12v 140 amp hour domestic battery, 1 x 12v 50 amp hour cranking battery, 1 x 18W solar panel for domestic battery.  Charging diode system.

Sails and Spars: Main: Area 187sqft, Lucas (slab reefing,3 points 1994)   Genoa:  380sq ft. Crusader 1994.  Spinnaker : ( intube ) Lucas 1994.  Spares main Nos 1,2,3 Genoas.  Single spreader masthead rig, silver anodised aluminium spars by Kemp.  Stainless steel standing rigging new in 1996, stainless steel  to rope tailed halyards, spinnaker pole, Furlex headsail furling system.  Block and tackle kicker system, all halyards and control lines led aft to jammers in cockpit.

Remarks: This boat was fitted out professionally by her original owner as a live-aboard.  She has been meticulously maintained by her three owners, she was given the full Osmosis treatment by Osmotech in 1996, all windows were replaced in 1996 and she was completely re-upholstered in 1997.  She has never been raced but has cruised extensively in the Mediterranean, English Channel, Irish Sea and around Ireland and Scotland.  She is a seaworthy, safe and easily sailed (including single handed), dry and very comfortable quick passage maker and cruising yacht.
